Where is your honey produced?
Our honey is crafted right here in Palmyra, in the heart of Central Pennsylvania. Most comes from our own sustainably managed hives, where bees forage on local wildflowers, clover, and seasonal blooms, giving each batch its distinctive flavor. We also partner with a small network of trusted beekeepers across the region who share our commitment to ethical, chemical-free practices. Whether from our hives or theirs, every jar is 100% Central Pennsylvania honey that is pure, natural, and bottled close to home
How do you care for your bees and keep your honey sustainable?
We believe happy bees make the best honey. That’s why we practice gentle, sustainable beekeeping, never taking more than the bees can spare and avoiding harmful chemicals in our hive management practices. Our hives don’t just make honey; they help the whole local ecosystem thrive.
My honey has crystallized! Is something wrong?
Not at all — in fact, crystallization is nature’s stamp of authenticity. Pure, raw honey naturally thickens over time. A warm water bath will bring it back to liquid, but we recommend trying it as-is — crystallized honey spreads beautifully on toast and adds a sweet crunch to yogurt.
Is your honey safe for everyone?
Yes — our honey is safe for all ages except infants under 12 months (due to the risk of infant botulism). For everyone else, it’s a wholesome, all-natural sweetener with no additives, no syrups, and no hidden surprises.
Do you have different flavors of honey?
Yes! Our bees follow the flowers, so every harvest has its own personality. Spring honey is light and floral; summer honey is golden and fruity; fall honey is rich and bold. Each jar is like a snapshot of the season — a true taste of our Pennsylvania countryside.
How much does shipping cost?
